Refund Policy

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, we may at our sole discretion offer a refund or store credit. This only applies when:

  Fundamentally broken script

  The script does not function at all on a clean server with supported framework versions, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

• check_circle

  Duplicate purchase

  You accidentally purchased the same product twice within a very short timeframe.

What doesn't qualify

• cancel "I bought the wrong script."
• cancel "I don't know how to install it."
• cancel "I changed my mind."
• cancel "It conflicts with another heavily modified script of mine."
• cancel "My server shut down."

Chargebacks and disputes

We operate fully within Tebex's policies. Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute without going through our support first will result in an automatic and permanent ban from our store. All scripts will be revoked from your CFX Portal account and you will be flagged in the Tebex network.
