Refund Policy

General Rule: No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the FiveM scripts sold on our platform, all sales are final. Once a resource is delivered to your Keymaster account via Tebex, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

We take pride in our work. While our strict policy maintains that digital goods are non-refundable, we may, entirely at our own discretion, provide a refund or store credit in exceptionally rare cases format:

  • The script is genuinely broken: If the script is fundamentally non-functional on a completely clean server using the actively supported framework versions, and our support team (via Discord) cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate purchases: If our system detects you accidentally purchased the identical package twice within a very short timespan.

What does NOT qualify for a refund?

  • "I bought the wrong script by accident."
  • "I don't know how to install it / I changed my mind."
  • "It clashes with another highly customized or broken script I use."
  • "My FiveM server shut down."

Tebex Regulations

We operate fully compliantly within Tebex's Acceptable Use Policy. Attempting to force a chargeback or open a PayPal dispute without going through our support channel first will result in an automatic, irreversible ban from our store, all our resources on your Keymaster will be revoked, and you will be globally blacklisted across the Tebex network.

If you are experiencing issues with a script, do not panic. Please join our Discord server, verify your purchase, and open a support ticket. Our team is highly responsive and our primary goal is to get your script working perfectly on your server.
