License & Usage

• OOS Scripts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital FiveM resources strictly for your own server.
• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of our digital products in any form, modified or unmodified, is strictly prohibited.
• Asset escrow (Cfx.re protection) is used to protect core server-side and client-side logic. Attempting to bypass, crack, or distribute bypasses for this encryption is a severe violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of all licenses without refund.

Purchases

All sales are final. When paying via Tebex, you are purchasing a license to use software, not ownership of the software itself. Any disputes or chargebacks will result in automatic, permanent suspension of your FiveM Keymaster account from accessing our resources and a possible blacklist on the Tebex platform.

Acceptable Use

Our scripts are to be used within the boundaries of the official FiveM Terms of Service. You must not use our products to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, or facilitate malicious activities such as hacking, exploiting, or DDoSing.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these terms on the Website. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
